How do I check my order status?

Sign in and go to Account > Orders to see your order history and status, or use the tracking link from your confirmation email.

Which regions do you currently ship to?

Shipping coverage and delivery estimates are published on our Shipping page. Contact us directly if you don't see the information you need there yet.

What is your return window?

Our return policy is published on the Returns page. Contact us if you need help with a return before it's published there.

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a size guide with real garment measurements where one has been recorded for that garment type.

Where can I find fabric details for a product?

Every product page lists its recorded material composition and fabric weight (GSM) in the product's data strip.

How do I create an account?

Use the account link in the site header to register. An account lets you save addresses, view your wishlist, and track order history.
