Return Window

You may return items within 14 days of delivery, unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Return Conditions

• The item must be unused and in resalable condition.
• It must be sent with its original box, tags, and any accessories.
• Underwear and hygiene products cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.

Return Process

Start a return from the Orders section of your account and ship the item back using the provided shipping code, free of charge. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or color, return the original item and place a new order for the variant you want, subject to stock availability.
