BUYER: The person whose details were entered at checkout.

Subject

This agreement governs the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website, under Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without penalty, by notifying the Seller within that period.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Products unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons (such as underwear) whose protective seal or packaging has been opened, and other exceptions listed under the Distance Contracts Regulation, are not eligible for withdrawal.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
